The Last Legion

Roman Empire collapsed after having defeated by Odoacer (Peter Mullan). Emperor Romulus Augustus, who was twelve years old, was arrested by the army before Odoacer has finally been rescued by a commander of the Roman army, Aurelius (Colin Firth), who is assisted by Mira (Aishwarya Rai), sexy fighters valid Indian origin parked in Constantinople by the Kingdom of Spain and has ordered to assist Aurèle, because Rome was their ally. Having saved Romulus, their problem was not finished, because in Rome there was more support, preferring to submit Odoacer.

Finally, they are looking for assistance from the region of Brittany, accompanied by Ambrosinus (Ben Kingsley), a witch who was arrested with Romulus abruptly interrupt execution Romulus (a strange scene and perhaps smile of surprise). There are a number of things that makes this film so little attractive. First, Colin Firth plays seems unworthy of the Roman Commander who has courageously. Gerard Butler is different when playing the romantic drama and then success than before seen in 300 braves, happening to Colin Firth has identified more as a player with a role in the romantic drama clumsy. Scene One when given Aurèle spirit of incendiary speech commonly encountered in the battle for that stage proof of how PRAPE Colin Firth was not the right person for this role.

There are many of dialogue that sounds corny, like when Mira question rhetoric of the relationship of men and women to Aurelio. I hope that this film may represent two combatants fell in love on the battlefield seems romantic, but full of action, but instead not by dialogue and cheese players select â € "Although not I'd see Aishwarya Rai in the film." Compared the movie in a complex of houses, where residents are Troy (2004) or Gladiator (2000), then this House so that the House is the most ugly of all.
